GAIN Capital Group Launches Next Generation Forex Trading Platform: FOREXTrader for Windows
Newly Engineered Platform Features a Redesigned Interface, Enhanced Charting Tools, Advanced Customization, Auto Execution Capabilities and more.
Bedminster, NJ - March 5, 2007 - GAIN Capital Group, LLC, a leading provider of Foreign Exchange (Forex) trading and services for institutional and individual investors today announced the launch of its new, next generation margin trading platform, FOREXTrader for Windows.
Following a successful beta test with select clients, the platform is now available at no charge to GAIN Capital Group clients across the globe. FOREXTrader for Windows can be accessed via GAIN Capital (www.gaincapital.com), GAIN's service for professional traders, and FOREX.com (www.forex.com), GAIN's retail division for self-directed individual investors.

Designed for professional users and active retail traders, the newly-launched Windows Vista™ ready platform is built on Microsoft's .NET framework, providing end users with a robust and secure internet-based trading solution.
FOREXTrader for Windows provides new and enhanced functionality including:
- Enhanced Charting Capabilities: View up to 25 charts simultaneously; open orders and positions are displayed directly on the charts. A new tab format makes it easy to flip between multiple charts and trade setups.
- Redesigned Interface: a highly intuitive user-interface provides easy access to available information and tools and supports high volume trading.
- Advanced Customization: Choose from a selection of pre-defined screen layouts or manually create and save an unlimited number of custom layouts.
- Auto Execution Capabilities: For clients utilizing an algorithmic trading system or their own black box strategy, the platform supports fully automated trade execution via a proprietary API.
- Order Management: Support for a variety of single and contingent orders; redesigned order entry screens facilitate faster input and edits to existing orders.
- More Tools: Integrated real-time news feed, up to the minute market commentary feeds, daily and weekly research, streaming ticker of major market indices, audible alerts, and more.
- Security Features: Client data & trading transactions are sent using SSL 128-bit encryption; Automatic software updates using Microsoft's Click Once.
- White Label Ready: The platform is designed to be easily white labeled and also supports multiple languages.
