Dan Hwang, Senior Technical Strategist

As a Senior Market Strategist for FOREX.com, Daniel Hwang is responsible for creating daily and weekly research notes for use by clients and the media with a focus on commodities and major currencies. He also contributes to the company’s weekly webcasts and is a frequent source for major business and financial media commentary. Dan prepares the weekly Crude Oil Outlook and contributes to the daily Technical Outlook, among other regular FOREX.com research reports. Dan previously held the position of market strategist at FOREX.com, where he performed investment and trading consultations with high asset and high volume clients. Dan has passed the second level of the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) certification and is working towards completing the third and final level. Dan received his B.A. in finance from Bernard Baruch College in New York City.
