Netherlands 25 Netherlands 25

Netherlands 25 is our index on the AEX Index, which aims to represent the performance of the 25 largest and most actively traded companies on the Euronext Amsterdam.

It’s one of the largest stock indices in Europe, alongside other Euronext group indices such as the CAC 40 (France 40). Both domestic and international companies trade on the index, including Heineken, ING Group, Philips, Unilever and Just Eat.

The AEX is a free-float adjusted market capitalisation weighted index, which means that the largest companies have a greater influence on the overall price – although no company can have a greater weight than 15%.
