- With several European countries observing Ascension Day, the market have been fairly quiet thus far. Market participants took a break from selling stock stocks and buying safe-haven bonds, leading to a short covering rebound in equity indices and yields. Gold sold off again.
- There were no new tweets from Donald Trump regarding China but a senior Chinese diplomat today said that provoking trade disputes is "naked economic terrorism."
- US GDP is today’s key data release
