Orange Juice market insights
Pivot points are a technical indicator that traders use to predict upcoming areas of technical significance, such as support and resistance. They're calculated by averaging the high, low and closing prices of a previous period. That could be a day, a week or a month.
If a market is trading above its previous pivot point (known as P), it is seen as a bullish signal. If it is below, it is bearish.
Support and resistance levels are a core part of technical analysis, providing crucial insight into possible future price reversals.

Orange Juice details
Orange juice is one of the most popular fruit juices in the world. In commodity markets, a single orange juice contract is worth 15,000 pounds of frozen, concentrated orange juice. The juice is traded as a frozen concentrate to reduce the physical size of each contract.
Orange juice is primarily produced in Sao Paulo, Brazil and the state of Florida in the US. Brazil exports 99% of its orange juice output, but only 10% of Florida’s orange juice is exported outside the US.
Weather events such as hurricanes can greatly impact the supply of orange juice by damaging the orange trees farmed in Florida, which can drive the price upwards.
