However, you’ll waive certain protections afforded to retail clients.

To qualify as an Accredited Investor, you’ll need to meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

• Personal assets: Net personal assets exceed $2 million with net equity of primary residence capped at $1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
• Financial assets: Financial assets, net of any related liabilities, exceed $1 million in value (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
• Income: An annual income of $300,000 or more over the last 12 months

Existing FOREX.com clients can apply to become an Accredited Investor from within MyAccount. New clients will need to open a FOREX.com trading account first and then apply for Accredited Investor status.
