Financial strength and security
We are the trading provider with rock-solid foundations. And with our substantial capital resources, we have the power to innovate and push the industry forward.
A history of trust
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc. — a NASDAQ-listed company with assets of over $15.2 billion and a track record of 100+ years — we are part of the DNA of the financial networks that provide institutional-grade platforms and end-to-end clearing and execution to some of the biggest financial bodies in the world.
Strength in numbers
With more than a billion dollars in available cash and liquidity, we can invest in cutting-edge products to give you an unrivalled trading experience.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we’re happy to disclose our financial information.
Customer Funds Security
We’re regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and hold customer funds in accordance with their customer money rules, meaning your funds are always protected in segregated customer accounts.
We only use our funds to hedge positions and do not engage in proprietary trading.
Customer margin
We continuously monitor and calculate margin on client accounts. You will be alerted if your account is placed on margin call, and we will automatically close one or more of your open positions (in order of largest losing position) in cases where your margin indicator falls below 50%. This is designed to protect you from incurring further losses.
Margin settings are all fully compliant with MAS and are reviewed regularly.
Risk management
We believe in and firmly support regulatory oversight, undergo regular audits, and communicate any changes to our clients.
We continually review procedures across various areas of our business which include:
- Business continuity and disaster recovery
- Risk management
- Supervision of electronic trading systems (i.e. trading platforms)
- Information security
- Anti-money laundering
- Customer complaint
- Trade reporting
