The complete corporate account

To open a corporate account, there are a variety of documents you'll need to provide when you apply.

• ● ID and POA of the directors and ultimate beneficial owners
• ● POA of the company
• ● A valid LEI, Guarantee and Indemnity Form, and Self-certification form for entities.

A corporate account allows you to trade financial markets with CFDs – including shares, indices, commodities and currencies – in the name of a limited company. Corporate trading accounts offer the same functionality as a standard account, but you can nominate individuals to place trades and manage the account on behalf of the company.
