Capitaland Investment (SGX:9CI) is a global real estate manager (REIM) based in Singapore. It manages properties around the world, with a particular focus on Asia. It is listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Capitaland is one of Asia’s biggest real estate companies. Its properties include shopping malls, offices, homes, business parks and more. It also offers real estate investment trusts (REITs), having pioneered their use in Singapore.
In 2021, Capitaland split into two entities. CapitaLand Investment is the publicly traded investment business, while CapitaLand Development is the privately held property development business.
