What information do I need when opening an account?

You will be asked to provide information such as your name, address, date of birth, and tax ID number to help us verify your identity. We will attempt to verify your identity instantly, but if we cannot, we will reach out to you to request further supporting information or documentation. How do I withdraw my funds from my trading account?

You can request a withdrawal of funds via MyAccount.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 of your account's base currency, or the remaining amount if less than 100.

How will my withdrawal be processed?

Deposited funds must be returned to the originating funding source in the following order:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards
  2. Wire Transfer

Excess funds may be withdrawn via wire.

*Processing time only reflects the time it takes FOREX.com to complete the withdrawal during normal business hours. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
