Netherlands 25 is our index on the Amsterdam Exchange Index (AEX), which represents the largest 25 companies listed on the Amsterdam Exchange by market capitalisation.
The three largest companies on the index are the semiconductor producer ASML Holding, multinational consumer goods company Unilever and the oil and gas company Shell. Both Shell and Unilever are secondary listings, making ASML Holding the largest Dutch company on the exchange.
Other international Dutch-headquartered companies on the exchange include Universal Music Group, Aegon, Philips and Heineken.
