Will PlayMaker close my positions if I breach my limits?

No, PlayMaker does not interfere with your trading account, it is purely informational. The trading plan you set will be monitored for you, in real-time, and we will give you a RED / AMBER / GREEN status depending on whether you have broken your rules, are close to your thresholds, or are trading within your own parameters.

How often should I use PlayMaker?

At the start of every trading day, you should log into PlayMaker to see your risk parameters. They are calculated daily based on your balance at midnight on your closed positions. It is important to adjust your size if your account gets smaller, to protect your trading capital. While live trading, you should keep your Discipline Monitor open, so that you can be alerted if your trading plan might be at risk of a breach. At the end of every trading day, week, and month, review your Discipline score.
