How can I access my statements on Web Trader?
You may access your account statements securely via the trading platform. Simply log into WebTrader and select the paper icon labeled "Statements & Contracts" in the top right corner of your screen. An annual statement can be accessed by selecting Other in "Select Dates to include" and choosing the date range for the full year in question, from January 1 to December 31, and clicking Search. A document labeled "Annual" in the Range column for December 31 will be shown on the right side.
How do I download statements on the mobile app?
To access your statements, switch to the Account window at the bottom and find “Statements” under My Trading History. In the new window that comes up, check to view statements and select your required date range. Then hit Search. All available statements for the specified date range will then be shown.
How do I access my MetaTrader account reports?
Account reports are accessible from directly within the trading platform. Click on the Account History tab in the Terminal section, right-click and select the period you would like to see the history of, and then right-click again and select Save as Report.
